Refund policy
What can be returned?
All change of mind returns can be returned if in resaleable condition (unopened and unused). This excludes hair extensions due to hygiene purposes. Change of mind returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. For faulty goods, please contact us first by phone or email.
When do items need to be returned by?
Please advise us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving goods.
Where do items need to be returned to?
All returns should be sent to unit 5/165 Rookwood Rd Yagoona NSW 2199.
How do customers return items?
All items must be packed properly to avoid damage and include a copy of your purchase invoice.
Shipping for returns?
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for freight charges to Hair and Beauty Kingdom Pty Ltd. Change of mind orders will also incur a 20% restocking fee.
In-store return option?
If you would prefer to return you goods in person, Hair and beauty kingdom is located at unit 5/165 Rookwood Rd Yagoona NSW 2199. Our hours are Monday to Saturday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Sundays 10.00am - 4.00pm.
Can you Return Furniture?
Once an order for furniture has been placed, a 20% restocking fee will apply if the customer wishes to cancel or return the order for any reason, including change of mind. This restocking fee applies even if the furniture item has not yet been received by the customer.
By placing an order for furniture, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the order may be subject to warehouse processing, handling, and freight arrangements immediately after purchase. Any approved cancellation or return of furniture items after the order has been placed will therefore incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund amount payable.
Can you refund a pre-order item?
For pre-order items, if you request a cancellation more than 7 Days after purchase but before dispatch, we may approve a refund subject to a 20% restocking and administration fee. This fee reflects costs associated with order processing, supplier handling, and reserved inventory.
To be eligible:

The item must be a pre-order item.

The cancellation request must be submitted prior to dispatch.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed less the 20% fee.
Note: This fee does not apply to returns related to product faults, major failures, or issues covered under your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
