Shipping

Most shipments will be carried out by Courier. Shipping is charged based on the state you live in. If ordering outside Australia additional delivery charges may apply you will need to contact us so we can inform you on how much your delivery will be. At the time of your order it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address, should you enter the wrong address we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense to the correct address. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Orders can take between 1-7 working days; in most cases orders will be dispatched the next day. Although we always endeavour to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel your order. We will do our utmost to investigate any of the above unfortunate events.


Shipping processing time is subject to stock availability. Please call in advance to confirm availability of stock.

Our company policy excludes all liability for any loss or damage including non delivery. If having a parcel delivered to a home address and no one is available at time of delivery, parcel will be left in a safe place on premises. The courier will NOT deliver to the post office. Therefore, business address is best option for delivery.

Please note we do not deliver on weekends.

We also offer a pickup option at our Blacktown and Yagoona locations which is free of charge. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours, provided all items are in stock. Please ensure you check your order’s availability before selecting pickup if you need your order within a certain timeframe. If choosing pickup for a furniture or bulky item please call our staff at the location you wish to pickup from. Both Blacktown and Yagoona Hair and beauty kingdom stores do not carry all stock of furniture items. If the item is not in stock and you wish to pickup, it will available for pickup when it arrives from our furniture warehouse which times can vary. For any inquiries or clarifications, feel free to contact our customer service team.

International Shipping Policy – New Zealand

Hair and Beauty Kingdom is pleased to offer international shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post. Please note the following important terms and conditions regarding international orders:

Shipping Timeframes – New Zealand

Orders shipped to New Zealand typically take 4 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse. These timeframes are indicative only and may vary based on postal conditions or customs processing. Shipping timeframes are strictly dependent upon item availability.

To confirm whether an item is currently in stock, you must contact our store directly via telephone. This is the only accurate method to verify stock levels. We do not guarantee item availability unless confirmed by phone.

Limitation of Liability – International Orders (New Zealand)

Hair and Beauty Kingdom does not accept any liability for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items during international transit. By placing an international order and providing a New Zealand shipping address, you acknowledge and agree that Hair and Beauty Kingdom shall not be held responsible for:

  • Loss of goods in transit

  • Damage incurred during shipping (including but not limited to leakage, breakage, or tampering)

  • Delays caused by customs or postal services

While we take all reasonable measures to package items securely and ensure proper handling, international deliveries are undertaken entirely at the buyer’s risk.

Warranty Claims for Electrical Items – New Zealand

In the event that an electrical item purchased from Hair and Beauty Kingdom develops a fault within the applicable warranty period, we are committed to honoring our warranty obligations.

Please note:

  • All costs associated with shipping the item to and from our warehouse for warranty evaluation and repairs shall be borne entirely by the buyer.

  • Warranty coverage does not extend to damages incurred during international transit or misuse.

By proceeding with an international purchase, the buyer confirms acceptance of the above terms and releases Hair and Beauty Kingdom from any claims arising from shipping or delivery issues.

Restrictions on Certain Items – New Zealand

Please note that flammable items, bulky goods, and furniture items cannot be shipped internationally to New Zealand under any circumstances. This includes products containing aerosols, alcohol-based substances, oversized packaging, or heavy items that exceed standard shipping limits. If your order includes any such items, they will be removed and refunded prior to dispatch. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us with any questions regarding item eligibility for international shipping.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes – New Zealand

All international orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by New Zealand customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs paid at checkout. The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs or import duties upon the parcel's arrival in New Zealand. Hair and Beauty Kingdom is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.

Insurance Option


Insurance is an option if you wish to pay the extra fee, if insurance is not picked AUTHORITY TO LEAVE will take place. Our company excludes all liability for any loss, damage or non delivery if you wish not to include insurance.


Pricing

Hair and Beauty Kingdom reserve the right to change any price at which we offer our products or services and to correct any errors in pricing contained on our web site. Whilst we fully honour all of our commitments, Hair and Beauty Kingdom shall have no liability for any such changes and/or errors contained on our site and as such we are not bound to fulfil orders at outdated or erroneous prices. Prices on the website may differ from those in store.

Standard shipping for none bulky and furniture items across Australia, excluding Northern Territory, is available at a flat rate of $12.95. Shipping costs for all bulky and furniture items, will be calculated at checkout based on size and destination.

We also offer a convenient pickup option at our Blacktown and Yagoona locations which is free of charge. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours, provided all items are in stock. Account Registration

When you register with Hair and Beauty Kingdom you are responsible for your password and account access. Therefore, you are responsible for all actions that occur under your account and password. We also offer an optional insurance service, which covers the shipping cost plus an additional 2%. For customers in Sydney, we provide express shipping at a flat rate of $25. Express shipping includes next-day and same-day delivery options. Please note, same-day delivery is only available for business addresses within Sydney postcodes; residential addresses are not eligible for this service.

Website License and Admission

Hair and Beauty Kingdom grant you a limited access license which allows for restricted access to our web site for personal use. It should therefore be noted that without explicitly written consent from us, modifications or downloading of content from our web site is forbidden. Page caching is accepted. This restricted license does not include any collection or use of product descriptions, listings, prices or any derivative use of our store or other content.

You cannot commercially use any content of our website without written consent from Hair and Beauty Kingdom. Hair and Beauty Kingdom offer in return restricted, non-exclusive and rescindable rights to create a link to our homepage as long as the link does not portray Hair and Beauty Kingdom or any of our products in a derogatory, defamatory, false or objectionable manner. You may not use our Hair and Beauty Kingdom or product pictures as links without our written consent.

Any unauthorised use of our web site and items contained therein nullifies the permission or limited license granted by us.

Risk and Title of Goods

Upon receipt of your order and confirmation of payment, your goods are packed and set for delivery. Once your order is set for delivery any change of mind invokes the return and refund policy.  Once these goods are picked up by the couriers the risk of loss and title of your purchase (responsibility) transfers to the shipping company. Packages which may have been stolen from your residence or workplace are not covered by Hair and Beauty Kingdom. Please contact your local authorities.

It is also our advice that the photos represented on this site are stock photos and are as close to the images of the goods available in the Australian market. However, they may (in some instances) not represent the exact product or packaging for this product. We will however try to keep the product images and product as current as possible on advice from the manufacturers.

Stock

At Hair and Beauty Kingdom, we do our best to keep ample stock of items. However, we do sometimes run out of stock due to high demand. Should this be the case with your order you will be contacted and informed. Items are not always sent in the original package due to special orders of those packs however we will still send the items separate.
