1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and ticking the acceptance box, you agree to be legally bound by this Pricing Policy. This agreement forms a binding contract between our business "Hair and Beauty Kingdom" and you under the laws of Australia.

2. Commercial-in-Confidence Pricing

All pricing provided to you is commercial-in-confidence.

What this means:

• The prices we give you are special and private.
• They are agreed only between your business and our business.
• These prices are not public and must not be shared with anyone else.

3. Confidentiality Obligations

You agree that you will not:

• Share your pricing with other businesses, individuals, or competitors
• Publish or display your pricing (including online, social media, or marketplaces)
• Forward invoices, quotes, or price lists to unauthorised parties
• Use our pricing to negotiate or leverage deals with other suppliers

This obligation continues even after your account is closed.

4. Consequences of Breach

If you disclose, share, or reveal your pricing in any way, we may take action including (without limitation):

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Removal of your access to special or discounted pricing
• Permanent loss of pricing privileges
• Refusal to supply goods or services
• Legal action where applicable

Loss of pricing privileges may be indefinite (permanent).

5. No Guarantee of Pricing Continuity

We reserve the right to:

• Change pricing at any time
• Adjust discounts or pricing structures
• Withdraw commercial pricing arrangements

We are not required to maintain the same pricing for any period.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.

8. Acknowledgment

By ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that:

• You understand that your pricing is confidential
• You agree not to disclose or share it
• You accept the consequences if you do
