We stand behind everything we sell. Depending on the brand, your product's warranty is either processed by us directly, or by the manufacturer.

The fastest way to find the right process for your specific product is the "Register Warranty Claim" button on that product's page — it will take you to the correct place, whether that's us or the manufacturer.

Warranties We Handle Directly

For the brands listed below, we manage the warranty claim process ourselves.

To start a claim, please have the following ready and get in touch with us:

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• A description of the fault or issue
• Photos or video of the issue, where relevant

Warranties Handled by the Manufacturer

For the brands listed below, warranty registration and claims are managed directly by the manufacturer, not by Hair and Beauty Kingdom. This is simply how these brands operate, and does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your product is from one of these brands, use the "Register Warranty" button on that product's page — it will take you directly to the manufacturer's own warranty portal. All furniture is supplied by Karma, and all furniture warranty claims are processed directly through the Karma website.
